Rachel Zoe Rocks Her Baby Bump. I DIY!

By Lindsey Muth, Contributing Writer

My fave fashionista, the fabulous Ms. Rachel Zoe, announced in November that she and her scarf-loving husband Rodger are happily expecting a lil bundle of joy. Followers of The Rachel Zoe Project everywhere let out a collective, "yippee!" and started holding their breath to see if/when/how the tiny Ms. Zoe would make maternity clothes look chic (or would she wear her husband's sweats like the rest of us? Yeah right). She's making fashion waves already. My fave baby bump ensemble from the past month is this edgy/casual daywear look she wore in December while filming her reality show (though my eyes popped out of my head at the height on those heels!)

Of course we can't all afford the clothes in Ms. Zoe's closet. But fashionable preggers everywhere can rock this trendsetting look for less!

A. Free People Sunday Brunch Dress ($68)
D. Forever 21 Faux Leather Jacket ($38)
E. Sunlight Glass (an Etsy shop) White Iris Pendant ($25)

Finish the look with those oversized shades I know you already have at home and your favorite black bag. You'll turn heads making that midnight run for mint chocolate chip icecream, mama!

Snowy White Inspiration

By Lindsey Muth, Contributing Writer
Tis the season for icicles, snow angels, and blankets of white powder right outside your door (unless you live in Tucson like me, then just be quiet and pretend). Blustery December weather inspires crisp white fashion, a favorite "white" fragrance, and of course white chocolate for dessert!

All Saints can do no wrong (did someone say new favorite brand? Ummm, yep!) and this Caradon Jacket does everything right. Someone bundle me in this, please!

Christmas wish to look amazing while lounging? Let me introduce you to the Accordion-Pleat Pant by American Apparel. You'll become good friends.
Accessorize in snowy white, like these edgy Geometria earrings from Betsy Jewelry Design.

The package may be pink, but the fragrance is as purely delicious as newfallen snow. My grandma's signature scent and now my own, the classic (and affordable) White Shoulders.

When Dean and Deluca hired Felicity you fell in love. Now rekindle that romance with these Black & White Caramel Apples .

Then settle in for a long winter's nap with The Tea Spot's "Snowflakes" White Tea.

Mmmmmm, winter!

Haute Houserobes: We've Come a Long Way Since Mrs. Roper, Ladies! Featuring the Thai Etsy shop Siam2U.

By Lindsey Muth, Contributing Writer

Sometimes you wanna look good going out and sometimes you wanna look good staying in. As a work at home mom, I'm all about the staying in, but I don't know if I always look good doing it (Confession: I usually am more hot mess than hottie). I'm kinda married to my houseslippers and bathrobes. But let me tell you, there are some freaking fashionable housecoats out there these days. You don't have to spend a fortune, but you could (and it would be fun, like I drool for this $170 Natori robe from Neima Marcus). Snapping back to reality and a realistic robe budget... I recently came across the handmade shop Siam2U on Etsy and my jaw dropped. It's not all housecoats, mind you. I wouldn't mind adding any of Siam2U's funky, edgy, I'll just say it - downright HIP - street and house clothes to my closet, or any of these awesome housecoats to my own impressive collection. And you might even catch me in one at three in the afternoon on a Tuesday...

Two words: blue grapes! (Kimono Style Indonesia batik Robe)

Or this one. So chic batik! (that rhymes, haha) (Kimono Style Indonesia batik Robe)

This next one is my personal fave! Need a gift for the man in your life? Here you go, just for him, then you can steal it! (Cotton Patchwork Robe)

And last, but not least, I want these (Organic Cotton Thai Fisherman Pants). I'd so wear these out and about! Love!
Affordability Bonus! All of the items in this shop are under $10 to $50. Happy homebodying!
